Main goal: Improve expansive footwork (movement around the court, positioning, re-positioning)
Secondary aim: Service technique (regularity)

Main goal: Improve volleys (swing plane, footwork) and smashes
Secondary aim: Service technique (power)

Secondary aim: Service technique (regularity)

Secondary aim: Net play. Improve smash technique (positioning, preparation, execution at full stretch)
