Service technique (regularity)

Main Session 1-hour: 
10’ : Rallies within the service lines without hitting hard and without expanding the game. Keep control of the ball with your hands. All shots must be executed from a balanced, two-footed solid foundation.

10’ : Place an object on the service line (cone, empty ball can, etc.). Cross-court rallies within the service lines in the deuce court without hitting hard towards the target. Keep control of the ball with your hands. 3-point match. All shots must be executed from a balanced, two-footed solid foundation.

10’ : Same as the previous exercise in the advantage court.

10’ : Baseline rallies down the middle of the court (5m wide zone) towards a target positioned 18m away. 3-point match. Work on weight transfer through the shot. Hit all shots taking 2 steps forwards before getting back into position to receive the next return.

10’ : Serve on both sides of the court. Concentrate particularly on your starting position right up to your Trophy position. Stay as relaxed and as well-balanced as possible.

10’ : Open play. Play points beginning with a serve.
